Control Net Solutions Ltd have always concentrated on making continuous improvements to our products and services, aiming to meet and exceed customer feature demand. These continuous improvements have resulted in a safer, reliability and more productive plant control interface.
Our continuous improvements also apply to our staff who are encouraged to attend seminars, take courses and try new applications and techniques; all aimed at improving our company performance and better assisting our customers.
Homeworking
As a company we have fostered the belief in home-working for all our employees, riding ourselves of expensive office space and the staff required to maintain it. The arrangement has also shown to improve inter-company communication, offer more flexible working hours, and giving savings in travelling time and cost. The policy has also proven to give our engineers a better home life / work life ratio and improve staff retention. These flexible working and cost saving benefits have been passed on to our customers with improvements in service response and better priced systems and parts.
Health & Safety
Control Net Solutions Ltd is committed to Health and Safety both on our customer’s sites, in our home office environments and whist travelling to jobs. Control Net Solutions Ltd Health and Safety objective is to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately to achieve an incident/accident-free workplace both on and off-site. All our engineers have completed and maintain their basic Quarry Safety Passport, and the Managing Director has completed the NEBOSH certification on H&S.
